Obituary

Brenda Lee Parker Rhynes, 61, passed away Monday, September 2, 2024 at Tupelo Nursing and Rehab. She was born January 18, 1963 to William B Murphy, Sr. and Frances Louise Redden Parker Murphy. She worked 16 years in the Ambassador service at the North Mississippi Medical Center. In her free time she enjoyed interior decorating, playing bingo, shopping, playing phase 10, watching wrestling; especially WWE and Friday Night Smackdown, listening to music and mostly spending time with her family and friends. 
She is survived by her sons, Scott A. Parker (Shanna) of Tupelo and David C. Rhynes (Tammy) of Shannon; sisters, Janet Spitler (David) and Phyllis McKoin (Jack); brother, William B. Murphy, Jr. (Valorie); and three grandchildren, Cayden A Parker, Brayden M. Parker, and Bentley Z. Parker. 
She is preceded in death by her parents, grandmothers, Susie Redden and Peggy Murphy.
Memorial service will be 12:00 pm Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at Lee Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Payne officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Lee Memorial Park. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
