Barbara was a very involved mother during her sons athletic years ,from little league to to High School Sports. She continued to watch her grandchildren and great grandchildren play ball, or cheering and loved to hear how they did. Barbara was a great hostess. She loved to have friends in for Sunday night snacks,, tailgating for the Alabama Football games on T V or any event. You could always have a cold coke and a cookie at her home. At one time she was an instructor at Gadsden State ,although short lived ,she enjoyed it immensely.
