Obituary

Gordon Benton Grady, 83, of Daytona Beach, FL passed away on September 12, 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on April 25, 1941 in Springfield, MA to parents Gordon Mayer Grady and Louise Benton Grady. Gordon served in the U.S. Coast Guard in the 1960s. After a career in Information Technology, he retired to Daytona Beach with his loving wife, Cynthia Elizabeth Grady. Gordon loved fast cars, trains, and model railroads. 

He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Elizabeth Grady, and their children; Julie Ingram of Lee, MA, Lorna Phelps of Manchester, CT, and Jonathan Grady of South Kingstown, RI. Gordon and Cynthia have six beautiful grandchildren; Collin Ingram, Brandon Ingram, Sydney Phelps, Gavin Grady, Bailey Phelps, and Keely Grady. They were also blessed with two great-grandchildren; Chase and Violet Ingram.

Gordon will be deeply missed by his loving family.
