Obituary

Mr. Joseph V. Pellegrino, 81, of Smithfield, passed away at home, surrounded by his family, on Sunday, October 20, 2024.

He was born in Pittsburgh on May 18, 1943 to the late John and Rose Pellegrino.

Joseph was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

He retired after twenty-four years as a chiropractor, having operated his own practice in Florida.

Joseph is survived by his loving wife of twenty-eight years, Mary Jane Virgillo Pellegrino of Smithfield; and four siblings, John Pellegrino, Jr. of Blairsville, Sam Pellegrino of Pittsburgh, Nick Pellegrino and wife Mary of Rhode Island, and Dale Pellegrino of California.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Rose Marie Brenner.

No public services will be observed at this time.
